Mission Statement
At CH.A.M.PS Pediatrics our mission is guided by the following principles:
1. Personable
2. Reliable and Accessible
3. Fun and Enthusiastic
4. Knowledgeable, Modern, and Innovative
5. Commitment to Kindness, Excellence and Community
1. Personable:
We believe that every child is unique, deserving of personalized attention by the same physician. Our team, from the person who answers your message, to the doctor that will see your child, strives to build long-lasting relationships with our patients and their families. We tailor your care to include educational classes for parents, on multiple topics, from prenatal classes, to first aid and classes on puberty, so that each parent can learn depending on the child’s age and needs.
2. Reliable and Accessible:
Parents trust us with their children’s health, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are committed to being accessible when parents need us most. Whether it’s a late-night concern or an urgent situation, we act promptly and exceed expectations. We believe that in most cases, the child’s personal doctor should be the one treating them for urgent issues.
3. Fun and Enthusiastic:
A child’s well-being extends beyond physical health. We want to create positive fun experiences for our young patients. Our practice is designed only for kids and adolescents, where smiles are encouraged, and visits to the doctor become something to look forward to. With a breastfeeding room, sensory rooms and features of local artists, we aim to raise kids who not only receive excellent medical care but also enjoy the journey toward better health and look forward to going to their doctor.
4. Knowledgeable, Modern, and Innovative:
Our commitment to excellence drives us to stay informed about the latest advancements in pediatric medicine. We keep pace with international and local guidelines, ensuring evidence-based practices. Either via telehealth, or in office, we utilize technology and state of the art equipment to provide the most modern medical care that is easy to access.
5. Committed to Kindness, Excellence and Community:
We are dedicated to excellence in all aspects of our practice. Our commitment extends beyond the clinic walls—to our patients, to our families, and the broader community. With kindness and empathy, we strive to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of every child we serve by funding and supporting local community events and schools.
Come grow with us, as we nurture champions of health, one child at a time.

What does it mean that our doctor is "Board Certified"?
The American Board of Pediatrics certificate in General Pediatrics is awarded after all the following requirements have been met:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada or from a foreign medical school recognized by the World Health Organization.
- Completion of an additional three years of hands-on training in pediatrics in an accredited hospital residency program.
- Verification of satisfactory completion of residency training and acceptability as a practitioner of pediatrics, including the achievement of clinical competence and the demonstration of professional and ethical behavior.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive examination covering all aspects of health care for infants, children, and adolescents.
- To remain board-certified, pediatricians must complete Maintenance of Certification (MOC). The MOC process recognizes the pediatrician's commitment to professionalism, lifelong learning and self-assessment, and the periodic evaluation of other competencies deemed necessary by the ABP for the continued provision of high-quality medical care. A board-certified pediatrician possesses a certificate from the ABP and is sometimes referred to as a "diplomate" of the ABP.
